Do you sell to the public?
Yes absolutely, we sell to everyone! Please go ahead and place your order online, you may choose to create a username and password if you think you might need to re-order in the future. -
Is there a shop I can come to visit?
We are just an online store and we do not have a walk-in shop at the moment. However we do offer click & collect as well as samples for wholesale customers, please see below questions for further details. -
Do you offer samples?
Samples are exclusive to wholesale customers only. Please create a Wholesale Account and email a request to shop@giftpackaging.com.au for the samples you need, we will respond promptly. Some samples have a cost and others may be complimentary. -
What is your return policy?
Please read our full policy on our Returns Policy page. Customers must email shop@giftpackaging.com.au within 14 days of receiving goods. Customers are only eligible to receive store credit for returned items unless in the rare case they receive a faulted product which cannot be replaced. You must obtain written approval from a team member before sending goods back to us. Our products are quite fragile, so it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure returned parcels are packaged sufficiently to keep products in re-sellable condition or else return may not be accepted. -
Can I order by phone?
We stock a huge variety of products which can all be purchased on our online store. We request that all of our customers please place their order on our website to ensure items are ordered correctly and so your details are provided correctly to us. This is also the fastest way for your order to be processed. If you have any questions about our products or need assistance navigating our website you are welcomed to give us a call. If you are not confident with the process of ordering online or have a special request please let us know and email us with your order request in writing to shop@giftpackaging.com.au so we can arrange your order by email instead.

Can I click and collect my order?
Yes you sure can! Place your order online and make sure you provide an address and postcode. You will then see the pick up options appear in the shipping method section. Please choose the Express Pick up - 3 hour option if your order is urgent. We will email you when your order is ready to collect. Send anyone down to collect on your behalf, as long as they can provide us your invoice number. Our office is undergoing major construction throughout 2022 so please remain vigilant of signage at our property regarding online order collection instructions and you can also check our Delivery & Showroom Updates page for updates. -
Where do you ship to and what is the cost of shipping?
We ship Australia-wide, simply add your items to cart and check the shipping cost on the shopping cart page! Read more on our About Free Delivery page to see if you are eligible. Need more general information about shipping? Go to our Delivery Information page. -
When will I receive my order?
All of our ‘In Stock’ items will be shipped from our Melbourne warehouse to your location. For full information about our order processing times, courier transit times and how to track your package please visit our Delivery Information page.

Our company can only pay invoices by direct deposit, can we still order from you?
Yes, you sure can! Please email your full order request to shop@giftpackaging.com.au and we can reply to you with an invoice. Please note that the payment must clear before we can dispatch the goods, generally that takes up to 24 hours. -
Will I receive an invoice if I order online?
Yes you will be emailed an invoice once you have placed your order. You will also receive a hard copy in your package and you can even download a copy anytime in the ‘My Account’ tab. Didn’t set up an account when you ordered? No problem, our system automatically creates one for you! Simply reset your password using the email address that you ordered with. Did you know you can also add a purchase order number when placing your order online? This will be added to the top right of your invoice!

Who can set up a wholesale login?
Any individual or organisation that has a valid and active ABN is welcomed to set up a wholesale login. Register now or read more on our Wholesale Information page. -
Do you offer discounts or donations for charities or Non-For-Profit Organisations?
Due to the kind of products we stock, we are contacted often daily to assist with non-for-profit events. Because of this we are unfortunately unable to donate our products entirely. We are usually quite stretched trying to help everyone, but we love to try and help where possible depending on the items you need. Please email us details of your event, organisation, along with a letter of authority to fundraise. Invoice will only be supplied directly to the organisation. -
Do you offer special prices for schools?
We supply many schools their packaging needs whether it’s regular supplies or one off events. Our prices for schools are identical to what we offer all other ABN business holders, through our wholesale account option. What sort of discount will I get if I setup a wholesale login?
Having a wholesale account does not provide an overall discount per say but you will be able to view additional bulk prices that are not otherwise accessible to regular customers. Feel welcomed to email shop@giftpackaging.com.au if you would like to find out the wholesale bulk prices for the item you are interested in, before committing to set up an account. It may or may not benefit your business depending on the quantities and types of items you are purchasing. You can read more on our Wholesale Information page.

Can I mix up the colours/sizes for the bulk price or order a different amount other than advertised?
All of our products are pre-packed with protective inner packaging and within an outer carton. As they are pre-packaged, we can only sell in the multiples listed and we do not offer bulk pricing when mixing up the colours or sizes. -
What does it mean if an item is ‘In Stock’?
That means we have it at our warehouse! We aim to keep stock levels accurate and up to date, however on rare occasions items may have been accidentally miscounted, causing a stock discrepancy. Our team will contact you prior to dispatch if there is an issue with any of the items you have ordered. Please read all product descriptions closely before ordering as we also offer items that are printed to order which may require extra time to leave our warehouse. -
Can I add my logo onto your products?
The short answer is yes! There are a lot of products that we can print directly onto here at our Melbourne Warehouse. Some items cannot be printed onto directly and may need to be made to order. Send us an email to shop@giftpackaging.com.au today with your request and we will let you know the best solutions. Please include as much detail as you can including sizing of item, image of artwork, where the print needs to be, quantities you need - providing as much information as you can will result in a faster quoting process. -
I can’t find the product I am looking for on your website, can you help?
There is a good chance we can special order something in for you! Please email shop@giftpackaging.com.au with the full details of what you require, the quantity and deadline if applicable so we can see if it’s something we can order in for you. Hopefully we can help! -
I have a deadline date! Can I expedite printing?
If you are working with a deadline date, please contact the team prior to ordering so we can provide advice as it's case-by-case. We do try our best to meet deadline dates where we can, but during busy periods a 20% surcharge may apply to expedite your order in the print queue. Please note choosing our 'Express Delivery' or 'Pick Up - Express - 3 Hours' shipping methods does not expedite printing in any way.
