Delivery & Order Processing Update

Processing Times
- Please expect delays and allow the team extra time when we re-open to process all orders on a first in first out basis. All express orders will be prioritised
- Excluding Express orders which we prioritise for dispatch same-day (Order by 11am for Express Delivery & 2pm for Express Pick Up)
- If you don't need a quick delivery but just want to skip our packing queue add Express Packing to your cart!
Delivery Update
- We have been seeing delivery delays across Australia due to wild weather, bushfires and flooding causing railway and road closures in some areas.

- We unfortunately cannot provide any compensation for slow/late deliveries anywhere across Australia.
- Express delivery is the best option if your order is urgent, but please contact us prior to ordering for advice with urgent orders/deadlines as our staff are very helpful and can let you know your options.
Click & Collect Update
- To avoid disappointment please wait for notification that your order is ready to collect before you come to the warehouse.
- Collection hours from our warehouse are 8:30am - 3pm only from Monday to Friday, closed weekends and public holidays.
