This quick, premium print option has a minimum order requirement of just 25 bags! We utilize the latest direct-to-film (DTF) printing technology to deliver high-quality, vibrant prints. Maintaining exceptional colour brilliance, this premium print method allows for high resolution, full colour designs that remain vibrant so your design will still pop over time! If you prefer your design to be printed in rich, vibrant, sharp colours that will make your print stand out and POP, then this print method is for you!

• Each bag measures 50cm(w) x 70cm(h) when open
• 100% cotton high denier material at 200gsm
• Double drawstrings
• Full Colour CMYK + White Printing (No metallic ink)
• Print size can measure up to 28.5cm x 28.5cm
• 1 Side Print (Contact Us for 2 Side Printing)
• Vibrant print is achieved with a white ink base beneath all colour to make your design pop
• All bags are cross-stitched on inner seams, making them stronger than your average calico bag

Please Note:
We print over our ready-made stocked calico bags one by one by hand, which is why there are limitations to the print area and different print size/cost options. There can be variations in print alignment between each bag due to the manual nature of printing and size fluctuations being a sewn product.

How To Supply Your Artwork:
Please reply to your order confirmation or email shop@giftpackaging.com.au and we will return to you with a digital proof to approve before we can produce your order.

Please supply a Vector artwork file or 300dpi resolution PNG on transparent background. Please ensure artwork has definitive edges (we can't achieve a 'fade out' edge with this print method) and thicker than 1mm where possible. We can assist with minor artwork editing, however, complex editing may incur an artwork fee. 

Calico Bag Care:
Please note as our calico bags are 100% cotton they are not suitable for machine washing. We recommend a gentle cold hand wash inside out, left to drip dry, if they need to be cleaned. Do not iron the transfer print directly, tumble dry, dry clean, bleach nor soak.
