    Great product but shipping was much slower than other suppliers and unfortunately the kraft bags came unnecessarily wrapped in layers upon layers of plastic. A complete waste and not environmentally friendly at all. For these reasons we will go back to our previous supplier.

    Hi Natalie, this time of year shipping does become slower, and we have notices about it on our website, checkout, in emails etc, but we also offer express shipping if the order is required more quickly, we even have express packing fee, if you just want to get order to the top of our packing queue. So we have number of options to speed up the delivery or order processing if you need them in a hurry. The bags are not wrapped in layers upon layers of plastic. Each pack of 50 bags, and we do this so customers can just order 50 or in lots of 50, come in protective plastic bag in the bundles of 50, so we can keep them safe from getting wet in shipping (worse thing to have bags arrive that you can't use!). The plastic bag could be recycled or reused. We do this to keep the bags in good condition when it arrives to you, and it also helps with making sure you have the correct quantity, to easily count in bundles of 50, if you are ordering several hundreds. If you prefer loose bags squashed in cartons which we know our other suppliers do with no protection or care, then we probably aren't the supplier to choose.
